Love hanging out in Thailand, but we'll not return with all the extra costs . Is Thailand special? What's with all the rules and extra documents? Far too complicated for most people…

I am traveling with my wife in January 2022. Do they provide covid test for us two If I book a SHA hotel along with their package deals? It says 1 covid test, so not sure if I have to pay for the 2nd covid test for my wife. I tried contacting the hotels, but they seem to be confused and said I only need 1 test.

I dont know where you get your info but it is not accurate. A flight from the east coast of the US (where the population is heaviest) to BKK is a long, over 25 hr flight on average and costs about $1,200

That's why many people are still prefer to travel between they own country..so many pain in the A..and a lot of things to know before plan a trip..people also afraid to wrong something in all those requirements and papers, and get rejected or sent back! of course we still seeing empty airports..I understand that we need to be safe..but those kind of requirements look like are been studied for limit the tourism and not for encourage people to travel! What's the point to say, hey! We are open the borders, life is back!! Give false hope to people. And I'm not talk just about Thailand, but also many other countries

Tell the Thai officials to shove it, come to Cancun Mexico, no quarantine no insurance no tests and 6 months visa on arrival. I been here in Cancun with 1/4 cost of Phoenix Arizona and 4 times more life.

No other country demands insurance and all these rules. I cannot imagine they get many tourists.

It's a waste of time and money, plus too much risk! Thai Embassies are of no help! Go elsewhere!!!!!!

I thought I heard from somewhere that you have to apply for an entry permit also. Is that true?

in bangkok you can book AQ hotel for less than 4000 baht all incl ( so tranport form airport, swap test /PCR, half board) donΒ΄t take a SHA or SHA+ hotel, there you have to pay additional the test. but if you do the sandbox than you have to go to those hotels.

Thanks for another Helpfull video I’m travelling to bkk in December and have already purchased my insurance from a Thai company which was fairly easy and cost about 82 Aud ,I have uploaded all my vac certificates and passport .and Received a message That Thai pass has received my application and will respond within 7 days ,,,heres the problem I think That the hotel I booked thru Agoda and sent me a booking confirmation, may not be for the complete package on Agoda they just say it’s a SHA Hotel not whether your booking for the package πŸ™πŸ™πŸ˜Ÿ,I guess That when I receive my reply from Thai pass this week my application will be rejected,so the tip you gave about contacting the hotel directly was something I wish I had known before ! Thanks again for your Videos mate ,and hello from Sydney

Really like your vlogs!! I have one question. It might be personal but I'd like to book a hotel for one month after the Sha plus hotel night stay and Oct test is done. Would you recommend Phuket or Chiang Mai? I'm just curious what and where you would book? P.S. I don't know if you can book for 2 weeks too. I'm planning to come and stay for 2 months but wonder if the south would be better than the north to stay first. Thank you and keep up the good work 😌

I would also like to know where does the government sends the incoming tourists passengers with a positive PCR test result?
Are they sent to a basic government hospital without aircon and no internet?
What is the price for such isolation stay, due to a positive PCR test?

All these rules are just money making, why can’t they just vaccinate all their people??? People from other countries are not allowed to leave their country without double vaccinations like my country Australia.🀨

Still too many rules and Thailand is still the only country in the world to make things not easy for tourists just to have a simple holiday.
